How does paying actually work right now? + −
You place the order on the site: nothing is charged online. We email your invoice within a few hours; pay by Interac e-Transfer or a secure card link. Once payment lands, your kit ships in 1–2 business days with Canada Post tracking.
Do you ship outside Canada? + −
Not yet. Shipping is Canada-wide at a $20 flat rate (Canada Post, tracked), and pickup is free in the Greater Edmonton Area. US shipping is on the list; email us and you will be first to know when it opens.
How do I track my order? + −
When your kit ships you get an email with a Canada Post tracking number. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.
What if it arrives damaged? + −
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement. That is the 48-hour damage replacement window: no forms, no arguing.
Product & fitment
Will the badge fit my vehicle? + −
Each kit uses a universal mount pattern and lists its compatibility on the product page. Not sure about your grille or trunk? Ask us before you order; a quick photo of your vehicle is usually enough to confirm.
Is it actually waterproof? + −
Yes. The housing is 3D-printed and sealed (IP67), and every design is daily-driven through Alberta snow, slush, car washes, and −30 mornings before it ships. Weather is the test suite here.
Can I use it while driving? + −
Yes, with street-legal colors for your province. Flashing red/blue is a no in most of Canada; solid colors and slow effects are the safe daily setup, and the app makes a legal preset one tap.
Do you make badges you don't list yet? + −
That is exactly what the Request the Next Badge page is for. Every badge needs its own LED board, segment map, and housing, so the most-requested badges are the ones we engineer next. Free to request; we email you when it ships.
App & control
Is the app free? Do I need an account? + −
Free on iOS and Android, and there is no account, cloud, or subscription. The app talks to your controller directly over Bluetooth. The physical buttons on the controller work too; no phone required.
Can I set each letter to a different color? + −
Yes. Every letter (and separate elements, like the Hellcat head) sits on its own LED segment, so you can paint each one individually or run effects across the whole badge.
What happens during a firmware update? + −
Updates arrive over WiFi when you choose to install one, and the badge itself shows progress: a blue fill while downloading, green when done. Your colors and presets live on the controller, so they survive updates.
